La Stampa of Vercelli has dedicated an article to our new and exclusive rice varieties.

Obtained from vine varieties “forgotten” for a century after more than three decades of studies: according to experts would be superior to the other Italian beans.

At Cibus comes a unique variety of rice in the world, it’s called Reperso.

From May 9th to 12th, Reperso will be presented through a program of tastings and cooking show every day from 12.30 to 13.30.
